Was probably learned from decades of dealing with the NYC mob every time in his life he built something.

Secondly, I marvel at his decades of swindling his contractors and surviving without being thrown overboard with cement shoes.

Our President is a bill collector for loan sharks, or at least he plays one on the world stage.
