5. They have always been out there.

Worse, they breed. Worse still, they pass on their ignorance within the family, extended family, and on a community level/lateral traits exchange that reinforces said ignorance.

Some small cities, towns, and hamlets are little more than echo chambers of warped ideas and values, misinformation, and petty, fearful thinkers. Some not so little cities, too.

But I'm a tad bit pissed at conservatives these days. Well, for the last 50 plus years, actually.
