2. He's complicit

He was one of the first Congresspersons to be briefed on the Russian incursion into our election. He did nothing. He continues to do nothing. Had the tables been turned, there would have been outrage, there would have been hearings, there would have been censure of all parties involved. Revoked security clearances, threatened jail time, shouts for impeachment, claims of treason.

Ryan had his hand in the Russian cookie jar. It's obvious; he's a bad actor who acted badly. He's going down with the rest of these mutineers.
