70. What I saw in videos of him at Arlington

is attention getting behaviors. He cannot bear to not be the center of attention.

Do you remember when he and Hillary had a debate and as she was taking her turn talking he wandered all over the stage, even coming up behind her, the played with the back of a chair, paced some more.
He is savvy enough about tv to know that movement is what catches the eye, and so he does it.
