She was warned by British police about potential legal trouble because she ran off two peeping toms by waving a knife at them FROM INSIDE HER HOUSE.

Can't make this up: she might have faced charges for chasing away two intruders. What's even sadder is that there are people on here who are totally okay with that and want that to be the situation here in the US.
