Trump is encouraging another terrorist attack. (Chatter in the twitter/IC is speculating that Putin is funding the attacks.)

Trumpy may be bucking for a crisis to divert from Comey's killer testimony. Trumpy is shifting into panic mode. It's do or die for him.
