I apologize if I missed a post in this thread that references Rogers' testimony tomorrow before the Senate Intelligence Committee. But I find it puzzling that there is no (or almost no) discussion of the possibility that Rogers' testimony will be the vehicle that will elevate the media (public ) attention concerning the content of the leaked NSA document. Indeed, isn't at least worth some speculation that considers whether Ms Winner had just this possibility in mind in deciding when to release the NSA document.
