there have been a few conservative columnists that have been outspoken in their criticism of Trump - Rubin, Charles Krauthammer, George Will, Rick Wilson. That said, other than John Kasich, there have been no current Republican politicians that have been consistently anti-Trump. You'd have thought insulting his wife would have turned Ted Cruz against Trump forever...
