Trump is trying to get it done fast so they can move on to the business of screwing us over more with tax reform.

Any delay helps since this has been pushed out of the news due to Russiagate. They're hoping to push it through when Comey is the focus I'm reading. Doesn't seem they could do it so fast but who knows.
