NY Times alert. James Comey will say he told Trump he was NOT under investigation, and [View all]

that Trump pressed him to say so publicly.

So Comey sent an email to the republicans in Congress, WHICH NEVER SAID THE INVESTIGATION WAS REOPENED, but the republicans in Congress, and the media characterized it as the "email investigation was being reopened"

What is wrong with this picture?
