because they are useful in his private ventures. He is going at this like it's a private matter, threats, intimidate, shyster lawyers making ridiculous threats. He still doesn't realize that he is not hidden behind the curtain anymore; it's all visable, 24/7 on every channel, with millions and millions of eyes on all of them. He's an old man, using the tactics he learned 50 years ago, in a world that he doesn't have a clue about. This will end badly for all concerned.
