(10,539 posts)71. Washington is awash in illegal quid pro quo's and no one is investigating.
All of the money in campaign contributions and this Dark Money comes with strings attached that can be paid back with certain votes. That is why our government is so dis-functional now. Would Climate Change even be a debate without all of the oil money and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce?
There needs to be a bunch of FBI stings set up and bust several of these corrupt bastards selling us out. It would be fun to watch and it would put a big damper on campaign contributions if the Donors could not extract the promises they are looking for when donating!
