If friends are talking about two cars, saying they are similar in traits a, b, and c, do you assume that they are the same make?

If I say my house has 3 bedrooms, is blue, and single story and your house has 3 bedrooms, is blue, and single story, do you assume that our houses are identical, that there is no difference between them?

No you don't. You don't make that kind of logical error in lots of other situations, so why are you doing it now?
