So do you agree that those that donated to his defense fund should be charged with accessory to murder? And if so, why?

I haven't judged him yet until I hear all the evidence come out at trial, unlike others here such as yourself.
He may very well be guilty of 2nd degree murder, I don't know yet and neither do you or anyone else here.
