Will most likely let the vote take place even with the possibility of it passing....

That way it will be up to *45 to Veto it.

Then it would have to be re-voted on w/a supermajority vote to override the veto.


The big issue is that it seeks to codify the 2014 sanctions... which are extremely valuable to Vlad.

*45 will likely experience even greater pressure (by vlad) to lift those sanctions over the next few days....

We shall see.
