Icahn fought with the casino's union (then on strike to recover pension and other benefits), and eventually closed it completely last year. One of my sisters had found a fire sale deal for a weekend there while it had been in bankruptcy where her ocean front room was like $60 a night. This was the entity that had the Russian mobsters early in its history in the '90s.
The other 2 included what used to be the Holiday Inn years and years ago (I recall staying there back in '74) right next to the old Boardwalk Hall (where they had the Miss America contest, and eventually expanded and sold), and the the Marina (also sold). The Marina was originally to be a Hilton, but was refused a casino license due to Hilton management's mob ties.
