3. Guv Scott needs to be prosecuted for criminal negligance of his duty to protect his constitutents.

He did the OPPOSITE of his DUTY to protect his constitutents from harm.

He's guilty of Criminal Negligence and failing to cooperate, in fact dismantling the protections for vunerable adults in the presence of a clear life threatening event.

ANY DU Lawyers have a better grasp on this than I do? It is common sense, but what in the Governor's oath or his proscribed duties has he technically violated?
