322. Can you define what you mean by "Progressive"?

When you say he's the "most Progressive" I assume that you can quantify that - other than simply listing his voting record absent other progressives.

Because if you don't consider gun safety "progressive" or consider the Sierra Blanca legislation "progressive" then we may have some different definitions.
