Spicey didn't say that any of them were actually qualified for any open positions--not that it matters to them. They have yet to hire a qualified person for anything since Day One. There are probably hundreds of Trump's true believer flying monkeys who want in on his administration. And, the Trump misadministration is down to looking for any warm body that is willing to take the jobs.
