evidence and the Instructions from the Judge can and could be very limited. And this should be blamed on the Prosecution . Only served once,but we as Jury wonder where the Prosecuting Attorneys received their Law Degrees or for that part,their License to even Practice. Plain and simple,we found out later this case should have been called a Mistrial.
