They will be the thing that gets Ryan/McConnell and their orange stooge the "bipartisan" label.

And "efficient and works for everyone" means R's get what they want (no taxes for the extremely wealthy, token taxes for the very wealthy, lots and lots of taxes plus zero services for everyone else).
