The dress codes for schools now are so relaxed that many of the high schooler I see look like they are going to school in their pajamas. Not to mention shorts sooooooo short that if a girl is wearing a long top, it rather looks as if she had forgotten to put on pants of any kind.

I think those young guys look adorable in their skirts. I love guys in kilts, and this is pretty close to that.
