It would be prudent to live in a different state than your parent and to not sign anything.

Such a law exists in Iowa. No law exists currently in Florida. My mom lives in Florida. Unlike my grandmother she will never live in Iowa for this reason.

Nothing like getting a $500K asset recovery letter form Medicaid to put the fear of God into you.

I am going to show the same care as my mom did with my grandma (not a damn thing). She voted for Trump - she can reap the whirlwind.
