I know one person, maybe two, who voted for Trump. One is an utter MRA asshole, and the other wondered aloud about it simply out of the meanness in her heart.

They don't have good judgment, and they are not an asset to the community. Otherwise, I don't know a soul who voted for that grifter scum.

The problem isn't just the media. It's the conviction that they, the true, authentic Americans, are suffering while (and because) the rest of us are prospering. The agenda of the bad people holds sway in their diseased minds, and they look back in fondness to a time when they felt free to look down on us and suppress the rights of women and people of color as part of their superiority. They believe that success and happiness are a zero-sum game, and if anyone who isn't part of their Christian, white, male-dominated worldview, then they themselves have lost something.

Fuck them.
