7. CEOs groom juniors to take over when the CEO retires.

They don't groom people to take over while the CEO stays w/the company or is out of a job. And many CEOs don't groom anyone. Boards often bring in someone from the outside to replace the CEO, usually w/someone with a record of similar duties at another company. Since it has to be someone with PROVEN abilities.

Politicians do not groom others to take their jobs. Ever.

But I will say that the ACA wasn't Pelosi's bill. She didn't campaign for it beforehand or draft it. She did however rally the Dem votes for it, even though there was something in it that everyone disliked. So kudos to her for that.
