Trump is the president regardless of how. The only thing that could change that is impeachment for personal involvement of wrong doing or 2020.
In Roberts Rules of Order once the deliberative body moves on, the issue is closed and standa even if the rules weren't followed.

As with the 2000 election - some media groups paid for a statewide recount in FL. Gore won.
