Was going to include as people who fall into two categories; 1. people who didn't vote cuz they knew she was gonna win. Guess they didn't pay attention to brexit. or 2. stayed home scratching their lotto instant win tix that so they would be instant kajillionaires and would not need such silly things as roads and schools and other things that the peasants will need.
