Lawyer for Shkreli, "Your honor, we would like to strike this juror."
Judge, "On what grounds?"
Lawyer for Shkreli,, "He his prejudicial against my client."
Judge, "How do you know this?"
Lawyer for Shkreli, "He stated my client looks like a "dick"."
Judge," That is not an opinion, it is a statement of fact."
