But most people tend to think of agriculture as a career for simple minded folks. It is all so very complex. There is planting, pruning, culling, feeding, watching the markets, deciding how much to sell to future markets and how much to keep for sale at harvest. It just goes on and on. And then there's what the weather does to you or for you.
