(10,540 posts)106. I don't live in a major city which is why I am outnumbered.
California is in no danger of turning purple, much less red. Texas on the other hand is much closer to blue than California to red. We also have a very large American Hispanic population that is largely unregistered. With some work we can get them politically active and turn the tide, something the Republicans here are afraid of. They are like a large untapped oil field to put it in our terms.
