How about just plain FATSO Don?...a wee bit more polite than Fat-Ass. Make him start getting self conscious of his weight...like a woman.
When doing cartoons of him, give him a balding head, tiny hands, huge butt and a long tie that wraps between his legs to hide the fact that there is very little there...like that statue of him.
