a slower car so you can exceed the speed limit?

How many times do I have to watch the speeders flash lights and tail gate me at 70 MPH while I pass the slower cars while driving at the speed limit. In NJ last month I had 18 wheelers 10 feet behind me at 70 MPH apparently thinking their wind wall would push me to disobey the posted speed limit. Then a young lady can't wait for me to finish my passing of a slower truck and starts to pull around to my right, this at about 10 feet behind me and clearing the passed truck by about 5 feet. She was surprised that I should want to get back in the right lane out of her way. She slammed her brakes on and sounded her horn as if she coming from behind had some sort of special right of way designation!

Hey, I don't like being stuck behind drivers driving at less than the posted limit either but if you want to speed I don't think you have any special rights. As far as stopping on the highway because of rain? That's over the top crazy.
