61. That video is a riot!

Jul 2017

Pickup truck leaving plenty of room between him and semi starts to pass semi.
Unhappy camper thinks he's going to pass pick up on right and squeeze between pick up and semi. Sorry no room (Forget 2 second rule of distances between vehicles).
Unhappy camper, now enraged, decides he has to pass using the left shoulder to pass pickup. Pickup is just about past semi, but, Oh oh, not quite.
Unhappy camper looses control (surprised? Speeding idiot driving on interstate shoulder?) and takes out the pickup and semi.

Who's fault? The pickup driver who was simply passing the slower semi? I don't think so. The one driver not driving with the flow of traffic was the unhappy camper.

That the VOX people used that video to somehow show that drivers that are driving with the flow of traffic are causing accidents by people who are speeding, switching lanes etc is just crazy like Donald Trump.
