67. I read "cannot confirm" and "may be". I comprehend those phrases. Most people don't twist them.

Those are there for a reason: to indicate his exact level of confidence in the information he is conveying.

They are easy to spot, hard to miss. But some who want to knock him down any way they can will transform "may be soon" into "would be made soon" as you did.
