I could NOT have stated it better!
I'm positive Joy Reid gives the rich, old, white man power-club nightmares: a talented, intelligent, witty, beautiful and utterly fearless Woman of Color who does not tolerate an ounce of bullshit, nor backs down when push comes to shove. I guarantee Lack and his lackies would love to minimize Rachel, except that she is THE NUMBER ONE HOST on cable news shows. I think they absolutely quake in their boots at the thought of Joy Reid with national prime time exposure.

Fwiw I read that Andy Lack's the "bad guy". Lawrence O'D has said great things about Griffin.
