9. Wonder if Reality Leigh Winner could have been "played"

into stealing and giving this document to The Intercept by the same sort of shady people who encouraged, for instance, Arkansas state troopers and women some of them were acquainted with to make scandalous allegations against Bill Clinton, none of which were ever proven and most dismissed in court. In fact, a number of those same people have been doing dirty work all along for groups like the Kochsters, Judicial Watch, Mercer, Rump campaign, etcetera, etcetera.

Possibly of new interest is the question of why Winner stole the document she did at all. Reportedly, it doesn't contain anything new or important, nothing worth the danger of getting it to The Intercept. Could what was valuable about it have specifically been its very high-level classification?
