This is the big one since it comes into play every time people step over this line. Plus,

No divisive group attacks: "Do not smear, insult, vilify, bait, maliciously caricature, or give disrespectful nicknames to any groups of people that are part of the Democratic coalition..."

No kooky, extremist, or hate content: Some of the anti-religion posts we see fall into this category, sadly not uncommonly either.

No personal attacks or flaming, support Democrats, don't bash Democratic public figures may all be violated depending on context.

Needless to day, religious DUers, and visitors come to see what we're about, should not be targets of insults. And we do have religion forums where members can discuss their beliefs without abusing others.
