48. You must know different Christians than I do.

The religious nuts I know are utterly harmless, other than the occasional attempt to save my heathen ass. Surprisingly, a lot of them are engineers and scientists like me. The main difference is that they completely and utterly believe that Jesus is actually coming back. Then again, I live near Boston, so everyone tends to behave up here.

The Taliban, on the other hand, are savage, misogynistic, boy buggering animals living at least 1000 years behind the rest of the world. They're tribal by nature, and have no moral compass whatsoever. They're actually terribly inbred, which has created quite a mess gene-pool wise.

At least our fundies don't fuck their sons and daughters.

You might argue that the only difference is one of degree, but that's pretty big difference. A dog and a wolf look pretty similar, but not many people would put their hands in a wolfs mouth.
