11. *45 is not interested in coming to agreement with any leaders other than Vlad.

This whole exercise has been and continues to be about withdrawing from all international political and economic activities.

This is not a scenario in which *45 wants to engage in LEADING but doesn't know how or is not accepted by peers.

This is a case of *45 being hired to sabotage/weaken a variety of global political and economic alliances, pacts, treaties, agreements, etc.
The fastest way to accomplish that is to have the dominant member (U.S.) of each withdraw their support &/or cease to participate.
*45 was hired and put into a position whereby he could accomplish that very task.
The only remaining items on his to-do list are to
1. Lift Sanctions
2. Give Vlad complete access to the entire US Gov. cyber infrastructure. (DoD; treasury; IC; etc)
