Don't forget the outrage about him relaxing in contemplation with his feet elevated on the desk and his chair leaning back with his arms folded behind his head!

And then there was his golfing, and beergate, and don't forget the executive orders, and the Obama holidays! The real howling I remember, though, was the staff he took with him overseas at taxpayer expense!
