17. I was rolling through st louis a few months ago

With Oregon tags and they pulled me over and I asked why he said I was riding in the passing lane and when I said I was passing that white car it became well you pulled back in front of it too quick. I explained those two things kind of cancel each other out and he said well I just want to run the dog around the car to make sure you don't have any large amounts of money and you can be on your way. They ripped the car apart, took my pot and left pissed when they didn't find any money...
