Whether this guy is full of shit and writing fan fic is another matter. But this is the guy's real account, so take it for what its worth.

I'm guessing folks at Langley probably have already been appraised of this and either took stock of it or rejected it, but this is something that is fairly obscure to the general American public.

I just stumbled upon it because I was doing some private research into the Gary Forbes guy.
