Despite the help from Russia Trump's approval rating was still upside down and still enough voted for him in key States to get an electoral college win. In a race with two shitty candidates the Russians influence was enough to swing an electoral college win .
That doesn't mean Hillary was a great candidate.
I am sure this will be hidden cause god forbid we don't build Hillary into something she was not.
Still this ridiculous premise needs push back lest we try to run another candidate that starts off with a negative approval rating.
Donald Trump was the most hated candidate to ever run for president and he won the electoral college. It took an especially shitty candidate to have it be close enough for that to happen. Russian help or not.
If she had been up against say Romney or anyone that was not as despised as Trump and had the same result I would be much more open to the idea she was a great candidate. But she lost the electoral college to the guy with the worst approval rating in history.
A good candidate would have crushed this clown despite Russian influence. She was hated by half the country from the get go. It is why she could not beat Obama and is why she did not beat Trump.
You could certainly argue that a lot of that hate is misplaced but the idea she was a good candidate is just not even remotely believable to anyone but a true believer.
