33. What was the NAACP thinking when they awarded Condi Rice and Colin Powell?

It appears as if the NAACP could care less about war crimes as long as the criminals fit their criteria. It's likely Mutt Robme viewed that as favorable as he's a criminal too and that factored into his decision to speak there.
