Democrats dominate in Phoenix and Tucson where they run unopposed.

Until recently 6 out of the 5 Congress persons were Democrat, now it is 5 to 6.

The problem is that in off year elections Democrats don't bother to vote.

If Hispanics in AZ voted at the same rate as AA in the rest of the country this would be a lean Democratic state.

Trump only won by 4% in AZ.
