40. That depends on what you mean by "confirmed"

When a psychic makes two dozen clear predictions and none of them come true except you see a black bear standing on his hind legs and she tries to convince you that this was the "tall, dark stranger" that she predicted that you would meet...

... has her prediction been confirmed?

Or would it be better to say that she was a nutcase who at best could be said to be a blind squirrel?
