2. I thought the President was supposed to maintain current law and NOT sabotage it??

Why is it okay for him to keep repeating "let it fail" and to not pay the cost sharing to insurance companies?
Not that I believe in bailing out huge corporate entities, but it tells me that Americans' healthcare is less important than bailing out the automakers years ago.
