down sizing,the remainder is about 400 people. Which is their Engineering and Proto Typing Department.. This is just the start. With the Corporate Tax structure still in place that favors American or Multi-National Companies to export their labor intensive jobs off shore,this drain is only accelerating plus the use of Robotics will replace about 15% of these remaining jobs in the next five years.
