Let that sink in a minute... this old fool, Republican Rep. Dana Rohrabacher asked NASA scientists that question. Seriously, I don't know which conspiracy theory website he follows, but he's a member of the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology's subcommittee on space. The scientist ate his lunch.

Is there any wonder that the Russians could enlist this idiot to do their bidding?
