His precious ego was damaged.
Can't have that, can we?
Said he would authorize a commission to look into it.
His Orangeness didn't understand that this was not just another throwaway line like "lock her up" or "believe me".
The president-elect had made a statement that had to be followed up with concrete action.
Otherwise the press would have been all over him after the inauguration.
"Where's your commission? Where's all this alleged voter fraud?"
So here we are. Spending who knows how many millions of taxpayer bucks on a bogus 'commission' so that the Bogus Potus* can try and save a little face.
